1. The Samsung "#BuiltToLast" Contest ("Contest") begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") May 29, 2026 and ends 11:59 PM ET June 17, 2026 ("Contest Period"). The Contest entry period begins 12:00 AM ET May 29, 2026 and ends 11:59 PM ET June 16, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Judging details are outlined below in Section 5.
2. Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, and the owner and primary resident of the home in which a featured qualifying Samsung appliance is installed (each, an "Entrant"). See section 3 below for qualifying Samsung appliance information. By participating, Entrants acknowledge and agree that, if selected as the winner, they must permit Sponsor to conduct a post-installation photo and/or video shoot in the residence featuring the installed prize appliances on the dates specified by Sponsor. Employees of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. ("Sponsor"), Razorfish ("Promoter"), Trymark Consulting Group, LLC ("Administrator"), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors and suppliers, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and individuals living in the same households of such employees, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter or win. Individuals acting as paid influencers, ambassadors, endorsers, or promotional representatives for Sponsor may be disqualified in Sponsor's sole discretion. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. How to Enter: You may enter the Contest by posting on Instagram showcasing your experience owning a qualifying Samsung appliance and explaining how reliable it has been to you and how it improves your everyday life. Qualifying Samsung appliances include refrigerators, electric oven ranges, electric cooktops, dishwashers, over-the-range microwaves, washing machines and dryers. Countertop microwaves, oven/range hoods, vacuum cleaners and home/digital appliance accessories are not eligible for submission.
During the Entry Period,
You must have an Instagram account that is set to public to enter. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Instagram account. If you do not have an Instagram account, you may sign up for a free account at www.instagram.com. Note: If you stop following the @samsung_bespoke Instagram account, delete your Entry prior to the conclusion of the Entry Period, have your Instagram account set to private, or deactivate your Instagram account at any time prior to the end of the Contest Period, your Entry will not be considered.
Entries must be in English. By submitting an Entry and creating/using an Instagram account, you agree to Instagram's terms of service and privacy policy. If you do not agree to their terms of service and privacy policy, you cannot create an Instagram account or participate in this Contest. Data charges may apply if accessing Instagram from a mobile device to enter this Contest. Check your wireless carrier for mobile phone capabilities and pricing plan details.

The Sponsor reserves the right to reject any Entry which Sponsor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, does not meet the above criteria or is otherwise offensive or is not in keeping with the Sponsor's image and reputation. Sponsor reserves the right to remove any Entry without prior notice.
Sponsor grants you a limited revocable, non-sub-licensable, license to use the Sponsor name and products (the "Sponsor Material") for the sole purpose of creating your Entry and you may make no further use whatsoever of the Entry for any other purpose. In addition, you agree that all of the right, title, and interest in Sponsor Material and all derivative works created using Sponsor Material (including the Entry) are being conveyed to, and shall vest exclusively in, Sponsor, and you will not have or take any action that might harm or adversely affect such rights. No right, title, or interest in and to Sponsor Material except for the limited license granted to you in these Official Rules is being transferred or created.
4. By entering, you represent and warrant that (a) you are the sole owner/creator of your Entry and all rights in your Entry (except for Sponsor Material); (b) you have the right to showcase the entry and to transfer and assign to the Sponsor rights in the Entry, as described below; (c) your Entry consists of only your original work (except for Sponsor Material) and no part of your Entry (except for Sponsor Material) has previously been displayed anywhere else or entered into any other contest; (d) you have not granted any person, corporation or other entity any rights to use your Entry; (e) your Entry meets the criteria in Section 3; (f) your Entry does not defame or violate the rights of publicity or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon the publicity rights or privacy of any third person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person's personal or property rights or other third party rights; (g) your Entry is not offensive or inappropriate, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, nor does it violate any law; and (h) if your Entry contains third party elements not owned by you (except for Sponsor Material), you have obtained written consent from those owners to display your Entry and, if requested to do so, you can and will produce such written consent in a form and manner acceptable to the Sponsor. Failure to provide such proof on request may render your Entry null and void. By submitting an Entry, you warrant and represent that you consent to the submission and use of the Entry in the Contest and to its use as otherwise set forth herein.
Entrants understand and agree that they shall retain all ownership rights in Entry (except for Sponsor Material); however, by submitting an Entry, Entrant hereby grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to edit, publish, use, adapt, exploit, modify or dispose of any Entry, in whole or in part, online, in print, film, television, or in any other media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity (where applicable) without compensation, permission or notification to Entrant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever.
By entering, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may obtain many submissions in this Contest and that your Entry may be similar or identical in theme, idea, format or other respects to others participating in this Contest or other contests sponsored by the Sponsor, or to other ideas conceived by or provided to Sponsor, and you waive any and all claims you have or may have, now or in the future, that any Entry and/or other works accepted, reviewed and/or used by the Sponsor (or its designees) are similar or identical to your Entry. Except where prohibited by law, you acknowledge and agree that the Sponsor does not have now, nor shall it have in the future, any duty or liability, direct or indirect, vicarious, contributory, or otherwise, with respect to the infringement or protection of any copyright in and to your Entry.
Limit one (1) Entry per person (using only one (1) Instagram account) during the Contest Period. If Entries are received in excess of the stated limitation from any person (including multiple Instagram accounts) during the Entry Period, only the first such Entry received will be considered. Submission of erroneous or incomplete information will void the Entry. By submitting an Entry, the Entrant consents to being contacted by direct message ("DM") on Instagram. Should multiple users of the same Instagram account enter the Contest and a dispute thereafter arises regarding the identity of the Entrant, the authorized account subscriber or authorized account holder of said Instagram account at the time of entry will be considered the Entrant and required to comply with these Official Rules and all requirements set forth herein. In the event of a dispute, the authorized account holder of the Instagram account will be deemed to be the Entrant and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an account by Instagram. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Use of any automated system and use of any other devices to subvert the entry process to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification (and all associated Entries will be void).
5. Judging: All eligible Entries received during the Contest Period will be judged on the following criteria by a qualified panel of judges selected by Sponsor to determine the highest scoring Entry, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules:
As determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, the one (1) highest scoring Entry will be declared the potential Grand Prize winner. In the event of a tie, an additional, "tie-breaking" judge will determine the applicable winner based on the above stated criteria. Sponsor reserves the right to not select a winner, if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Entries.
6. Potential winner may be notified up to two (2) times over a twenty-four (24) hour period by DM to their Instagram account, phone, e-mail or text message (Data rates may apply. See your wireless carrier for text message rates and capabilities) and will be required to respond within one (1) day of date of its issuance. In the event that a response to any such DM, phone call, e-mail or text message is not received within one (1) day of date of its issuance or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and, if time permits as determined by Sponsor, awarded to the next runner up. Potential winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release and, where legal, a publicity release and IRS Form W-9 within forty-eight (48) hours of date of issuance of those documents or prize may be forfeited and, if time permits as determined by Sponsor, awarded to the next runner up. In the event the potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and, if time permits as determined by Sponsor, awarded to the next runner up. If Sponsor so elects, the potential winner may be required to submit to, and cooperate in, a confidential background check to confirm eligibility and to help ensure that the use of any such person and advertising or publicity for the Contest will not bring Sponsor into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Contest or the Sponsor as determined by Sponsor and their sole discretion. If requested, the potential winner will agree to such background check, will provide the requested information within twenty-four hours of issuance to complete the background check, and understand and agree that Sponsor may disqualify, in its sole discretion, the potential winner based on the results of the background check.
7. Grand Prize package (1): The Grand Prize package consists of the following:
The maximum total ERV of Grand Prize package $8,675.92.
Installation will be conducted by a local installer selected by Sponsor and will connect new appliances to existing water service only and subject to product availability, installation feasibility, utility compatibility, available dimensions, delivery restrictions, and site conditions. If Sponsor determines that any appliance cannot be installed in winner's residence due to size or installation limitations, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute the affected appliance with either an electronic voucher (certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer apply) or an item of equal or greater value. New construction, cabinetry modifications, electrical upgrades, plumbing work, ventilation work, permits, gas-to-electric conversions, structural modifications, or any other home renovation expenses are not included. Winner must permit Sponsor reasonable access to the residence for post-installation photo and/or video shoot on dates reasonably designated by Sponsor and agrees that Sponsor may use such photos, videos, and related content for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any media now know or hereafter developed without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. If winner is unable to receive the Grand Prize package in its entirety, fails to cooperate with the installation scheduling or post-installation photoshoot requirements, or Sponsor determines installation of any prize component not feasible, the prize will be forfeited and, if time permits as determined by Sponsor, awarded to the next runner up. Prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or substitutable except by Sponsor, which reserves the right, at its discretion, to substitute the prize or portion of the prize with one of comparable or greater value. Winner will be responsible for all taxes (including federal, state and local taxes) and any other costs and expenses, including any removal of old appliances (if applicable), associated with acceptance and use of the prize not described herein as being awarded. The value of Samsung merchandise is based on the ERV at the commencement of the Sweepstakes. No compensation will be offered for any difference in value between stated ERV and the actual ERV at time of prize award. Winner must take delivery of prize at a time designated by Sponsor. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.
8. By participating, Entrants agree as follows: a) to abide by these Official Rules, and to the decisions of Sponsor and the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects; b) to the use of their names and/or likenesses and/or biographical data by Sponsor and its designees if selected as the winner for advertising, promotional and other purposes in any or all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without compensation, permission or notification (except where prohibited by law); and c) THAT SPONSOR, PROMOTER, ADMINISTRATOR, INSTAGRAM, AND ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, RETAILERS, DISTRIBUTORS AND SUPPLIERS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASED PARTIES") SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS OR INJURY TO AN ENTRANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST OR THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE (INCLUDING ANY DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, OR RELATED ACTIVITIES). PRIZE IS AWARDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES EXCEPT FOR ANY "IN THE BOX" WARRANTY THAT MAY BE PROVIDED WITH THE PRIZE. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, delayed, interrupted or unavailable network, server, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone, computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether computer, network, human, mechanical, electronic, printing, typographical or otherwise relating to or in connection with this Contest, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of Entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Contest-related materials or for any damage to Entrant's or other person's computer, hardware or software as a result of participation. Released Parties are also not responsible for Entries that are lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered garbled or delayed by computer transmissions and all such Entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for any prize that is lost, damaged, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Contest or who are in violation of these Official Rules as solely determined by the Sponsor will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Every Entry must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the individual Entrant and repetitive automated electronic submission of Entries is specifically disallowed. Use of script, macro or automated entry software or programs or any other means that subvert the entry process is prohibited and all such Entries will be void. In the event the Contest is compromised by virus, bugs, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest, including but not limited to Acts of God, epidemic or pandemic, or if Contest is unable to run as planned for any other reason, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest or any portion thereof and/or terminate the participation of any Entrant (and void his/her Entry/ies) whose conduct potentially compromises the Contest and at its sole discretion, if terminated, to award the prize from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to the act requiring such suspension or termination using the applicable judging criteria outlined above. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. CAUTION: Any attempt by an Entrant to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys' fees) to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, this Contest is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principals, with venue in New York County, New York.
9. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, YOU AGREE THAT A) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, IF ANY; B) ALL CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS CONTEST, OR ANY COMPENSATION OR CREDIT TO BE PROVIDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION AND EXCLUSIVELY BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT ("FAA", Title 9 of the United States Code) UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION; C) THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT SHALL GOVERN THE INTERPRETATION, ENFORCEMENT AND ALL PROCEEDINGS AT SUCH ARBITRATION; AND D) JUDGMENT UPON SUCH ARBITRATION AWARD MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION. YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO OPT-OUT OF THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION WITH REGARD TO THIS CONTEST, THEN WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF YOUR ENTRY, YOU MAY OPT-OUT OF THIS, AND ONLY THIS, PART OF THE OFFICIAL RULES BY NOTIFYING THE SPONSOR OF SUCH OPT-OUT REQUEST BY PROVIDING WRITTEN NOTICE AND MAILING SUCH NOTICE TO: SAMSUNG "#BUILTTOLAST" CONTEST - ARBITRATION REJECTION, P.O. BOX 295, GAINESVILLE, VA 20156, USA. ANY OPT-OUT RECEIVED AFTER THE THIRTY (30) DAY TIME PERIOD WILL NOT BE VALID AND YOU MUST PURSUE YOUR CLAIM, IF ANY, VIA ARBITRATION PURSUANT TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARD SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET COSTS INCURRED, IF ANY, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL YOU BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ATTORNEYS' FEES OR OTHER LEGAL COSTS OR EXPENSES.
10. Information submitted in connection with the Contest will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and Sponsor's Privacy Policy (as may be amended from time to time), currently located at https://www.samsung.com/us/account/privacy-policy/; provided, that in the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and such Privacy Policy, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail.
11. The name of the winner (available after July 31, 2026) and/or a copy of these Official Rules may be obtained by mailing a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Samsung "#BuiltToLast" Contest - Winner/Rules (please specify which), P.O. Box 295, Gainesville, VA 20156, for receipt no later than September 30, 2026. VT residents omit return postage on rules requests.
